Rock Pendant

Things to gather:

• A great rock
• Cool yarn
• scissors
• white glue
• paper cup
• wax paper
• paintbrush

Instructions:

1. Give your rock a bath and dry it off
2. Find the center of your piece of yarn and place your rock on it - start wrapping your rock with the yarn by twisting the two ends of the yarn in every direction
3. Tie the two ends of the yarn tightly at the top of the rock
4. Make a loop in the yarn by tying the two ends of the yarn into a second double knot, a little up from the first knot.
5. Trim the ends with scissors
6. Pour some glue in the paper cup
7. Place the wrapped rock on wax paper
8. Paint the entire rock with the glue with the paintbrush. Be sure the loop at the top remains open
9. Let the glue
10. When dry, slip a piece of yarn through the yarn loop
11. Knot the two ends of the yarn to make a necklace
